Germans Love David Hasselhoff

You must watch the David Hasselhoff video for “Hooked on a Feeling.” I’ll grant you that funnier videos exist, but they were trying to be funny.
This video, by contrast, was probably trying to be cool and so, so very not succeeding.
I have to admit that I am not really sure who this David Strusselhoof is but after watching the video I am sure that he is having a bit of a laugh at his own expense. Now William Shatner; he’s a guy who comes off as a thinking he god’s gift to something or other with his singing and videos.

Actually, you’re probably right about that. On reflection, he’s obviously being deliberately silly. For me personally, I think it goes past silly into bizarre at points.
As for who he is… David Hasselhoff appeared in the television series “Knight Rider” and “Baywatch.”
